Metro 4, the new metro line of Milano, is already operational and connecting Linate Airport to the City Centre since summer 2023.
However the 8 stops already open from the “city airport” to Piazza San Babila are only the first delivery of this work. In fact 13 additional stops are currently under construction. In total, over 2.2 billion euro are being invested in this new line to improve the mobility in Milano for residents and visitors.
The target for the completion of the full line is currently December 2024.
