One of Europe’s most important scientific & technical museum, this museum is open in Milano since 1953 and it’s visited by 500.000 people every year.
 
Milan’s Leonardo da Vinci Museum of Science and Technology (‘Museo Nazionale Scienza e Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci’) is housed in a 16th-century monastery and features a collection of more than 16,000 items in 50.000 m2including models based on da Vinci’s engineering sketches.

Through the different departments you can have a close look to many different items and themes: industry, aeronautics, technology, transports…even a submarine and a space launcher are there. The experiences are engaging and often interactive, some of them designed for children.
